ABOUT Gina Kitzmiller
Gina Kitzmiller is the Grand Master and Founder of Trimatri® Reiki, creator of The Karuna Life®, and a Professional Intuitive, Reiki Master-Teacher, author, and mentor. She supports clients and students worldwide through energy healing, intuitive guidance, Reiki training, mentorship, and spiritual resources designed to help others heal, grow, and trust their inner knowing. Gina is also the creator of the self-paced Intuition Development class, host of The Karuna Life Podcast, and a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. Her work blends grounded support with spiritual depth, helping others reconnect with their gifts, find clarity, and move forward with greater alignment.

What is "Reiki" Energy?
Reiki is universal life force energy—the sacred current that flows through all living things and supports healing on every level.
Many forms of Reiki exist in the world today. As consciousness expands, the ways we access and work with energy can expand as well. Trimatri® Reiki is a newer expression of Reiki, though the energy itself is ancient in origin. Gina was guided to reconnect with this energy in order to anchor it, teach it, and make it available to others in this lifetime.
Training Options
Gina's note for those called to train in Trimatri® Reiki
At a time when so much can feel disconnected, I feel called to return to a more personal and intentional way of teaching. Trimatri® Reiki training is offered through small group classes in Columbus, Ohio and live online via Zoom for those joining from a distance.
Because of this, training is approached through an interest and selection process rather than open enrollment. Those who feel called are welcome to express interest, and the Trimatri Spirit Guides help coordinate each class group. Not everyone who inquires will be selected for the next round, as timing and placement are guided by alignment.
Those who feel called are invited to join the interest list for upcoming class dates, details, and registration opportunities. The first step is to email and schedule a Discovery Call, creating space to connect and explore whether the training feels aligned.
For those seeking more individualized support, Trimatri® Reiki training can also be woven into Gina’s mentorship work through The Karuna Life®. This path is especially supportive for new energy healers or for those who desire more personalized 1:1 training, mentorship, and guidance as they deepen their gifts and grow in confidence.
